The Ramapo Federation of State College Teachers is a union local of the American Federation of Teachers.  We represent over 550 Faculty, Adjuncts, Professional Staff and Librarians at Ramapo College of New Jersey.

We are represented at the state level by the Council of New Jersey State College Locals  along with the following institutions of higher education: The College of New Jersey, Kean University, Montclair State University, New Jersey City University and the A. Harry Moore School, Ramapo College of New Jersey, Richard Stockton College, Rowan University, Thomas Edison State College and William Paterson University.
